These are the first fourteen volumes of this series and were published consecutively between 1893 and 1906. Each volume had a limited printing of 500 copies and each volume is number 57 of the five hundred. Volume 1 has a bookplate for W Lethbridge. Each volume is bound half-leather with raised bands, gilt decoration and lettering with date of publication in gilt at the base of the spine, clean brown cloth covered boards, green marbled end-papers. No damage to covers or spines, sound binding throughout all volumes, clean uncut (untrimmed) pages. Many vignettes and full-page illustrations.
