This heavy volume in dark green covers has a foreword of xvi pages (pages i-iv are missing), main text of 884 pages and 80 pages of advertisements at rear. The titlepage and map are missing, page xi/xii has been reattached back to front and 4 pages of advertisements are detached. The spine is missing and has been repaired with adhesive tape, the binding of the text block is loose with cracks between some sections, pages are rubbed at edges but are clean and easily readable.
